COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

The following information details Glitterbomb’s protocols regarding COVID-19. Updates will be made to our protocols on a regular basis in response to community health needs.

COVID 19 Protocol Last Updated: 01/06/22

Vaccinations

Cast and crew members are required to show proof of vaccination against the coronavirus prior to participating in the artist-in-residence program.

Exposures

Cast and crew members are required to notify the production team if there have been any exposures to the coronavirus. If exposure occurs that impacts the production team as well as our cast and crew, all crew members will be tested to determine if there are additional cases amongst the team.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Protocols

If an exposure impacts our cast in such a way that we are unable to have a show, that show cast and theme will be rescheduled to a later date.

Onstage Protocols

Performing cast members are required to sanitize their hands prior to entering the stage, as well as when they exit the stage, before returning to the dressing room area.

All crew members are required to wear masks while working the indoor stage for the duration of the show. Performers are not required to wear masks during their performance.

All crew members are not required to wear masks while working the outdoor stage.

Audience Engagement

Cast members are allowed to engage and interact with audience members at their own discretion. Audience members are required to wear masks while inside the venue. Audience members are not required to wear masks outside at the venue.

Cash Tips

Cash tips will be delivered to the performing artists using our tip bins located at stage left, center stage, and stage right. Tips will be collected and sanitized by the stage kitten following each performance, then bagged into ziploc bags and given to the performers. Performers are encouraged to leave the cash tips in the ziploc bag for up to 72 hours.

Offstage Protocols

Performing cast members are required to wear masks while inside the venue unless they are performing. Cast members are required to sanitize their hands prior to exiting and entering the dressing room areas.

Crew members are required to wear a mask indoors as is required by the venue management. Crew members are required to sanitize their hands as often as possible when working a show, as they engage with cast members and sometimes the audience members.
